Our parent company O.P. Kandoi was born in 1972 with a management workforce of 3 individuals. Our first project was with the Himul Dairy, Siliguri in the North Bengal Division. The cost of the first project amounted to Rs. 49.5 lakhs.

With growing demands, the Company expanded its work by partnering with MES, BRO, PWD West Bengal, Ministry of Railway, All India Radio and Department of Telecommunication. We also expanded in various north-eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Assam and Meghalaya, securing an annual turnover of Rs. 3.25 crores. There was a 10 – 15% YoY growth of turnover.

In this year, the company further expanded its operations and moved to Delhi and Port Blair. In Delhi, the company took on a project of Rs. 1.25 Cr for All India Radio and other projects for MTNL. The turnover this year increased to Rs. 10.8 Cr.

M.K Infrastructure Pvt Ltd was established in 2003 focusing primarily on manufacturing, supplying and execution of Road Safety furniture, road signage and guardrail barriers. In the year 2003, the total turnover was Rs. 50 lakhs.

The company further ventured into road construction and prefab shelters. It subsequently supplied bunkers for Indian Army, Border Road Organization, Railway, PWD (Assam & Sikkim) and NH Division of Assam and West Bengal. With diversification and increased workforce, our turnover gradually increased to Rs. 7.8 Cr in the year 2010 - 2011

With the growing needs of a sustainable and a self-reliant future, the Indian government has taken up new initiatives and have developed several infrastructure policies. This has led the company come up with newer innovative & sustainable solutions in the field of hybrid solar power, slope stabilisation systems / flexible rockfall barrier system and light weight bio-toilets. Along with our focus on our safety products, we also have started dealing in slope soil stabilisation systems and bio-toilets.
