Mr. Kailash Kumar Kandoi is the founder of M.K Infrastructure (P)Ltd and has been its chairman for over 30 years. Before this, he was the director of the firm’s parent company, O.P Kandoi & Co. (P) Ltd. With his vast experience of over 30 years in various fields related to civil construction, the company has managed to scale heights with his leadership and venture into other fields eventually. Mr. Kailash has been able to build a structured organization and create a brand value of the firm’s works in the north-eastern belt of India, Nepal and Bhutan. Through his vision of creating a better road infrastructure, the firm has managed to deliver at par excellence in providing its services.

Mr. Ushank Kandoi heads the business strategy vertical and leads project execution. His presence has been integral in assisting the company to venture into newer fields of road infrastructure and other civil and engineering works. He graduated with a B.Sc. in Economics and Finance from RMIT University, Melbourne, and a Diploma in Management Studies from Singapore Institute of Management. Having worked for 4 years with KPMG in the consulting sector for the Government of Maharashtra and with Clinton Health Foundation for the Government of Madhya Pradesh, his vast experience combined with his academics has helped the firm catalyse its business development goals and set a more modern path for the organization to venture into newer ideas.
